Scope of Services
The design of the IBA main campus Administration Block entails substantial increase of office spaces for the faculty and providing adequate areas for all Departments of the Institute. The design proposal utilizes the ground floor area, which is currently covered and translates it into area where day to day administrative and student affairs departments are placed. On the subsequent three floors Dean Office, Board Room, Faculty Offices and other administrative departments have been planned in accordance with the organizational setup. An additional floor on top of this structure caters to storage requirements. A new staircase and an elevator are added in the center of the building to ease accessibility in the 200’ long building. The architectural development turns this old structure into an efficient building, equipped with new infrastructure and modern facilities.
