Description
Mandalay Bay and Luxor are owned by the MGM. There was a need to provide an indoor connection to keep guests out of the extreme heat of the desert. We worked on a bridge that also serves to increase the retail opportunities as visitors walk between these two major resorts. This bridge provided an opportunity to include a shopping mall between the two casinos. We designed and developed Mandalay Place as a convenient passage between the two properties creating a very successful, up-scale shopping and retail connector. Mandalay Place became this connecting bridge and has been a very successful addition to both resorts.
